An ARMOR update from the National Mall in Washington, DC: the spartan-helmet mascot, modeled in URDF, rendered in augmented reality with RealityKit. The model assembly and constraints were reworked so even a humanoid-complexity robot runs on RealityKit’s built-in physics — with MuJoCo still available as the gold-standard solver.
This release also adds DAE file support for common 3D assets and cleans up the macOS desktop UI.
Key points
- Humanoid robot rendered in AR on location
- RealityKit physics for complex models, plus MuJoCo
- New DAE 3D format support
