Terms and Conditions for ARMOR

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ARMOR (Augmented Reality Mobile Robotics) mobile application (the "App") owned and operated by DCDC LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original source code, branding, and specialized robotics visualization features, is the exclusive property of DCDC LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or professional engineering purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases and "Pro" Features

While core features of ARMOR are provided for free, certain advanced features (such as Cross-Device Cloud Syncing) require a "Pro" upgrade. We offer two payment models:

• Subscriptions: Available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment that grants perpetual access to current Pro features on all devices linked to your Apple ID.
• Billing: All transactions and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. DCDC LLC does not store your credit card information or have the ability to issue direct refunds.

4. User-Generated Content & 3D Assets

ARMOR allows you to import 3D robotics assets (including URDF, DAE, OBJ, and STL files). These import capabilities are included in the base version of the App.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the models you import.
• Responsibility: You represent that you have the necessary licenses or permissions to use the files you import. DCDC LLC is not responsible for the content of user-provided files.
• Technical Risks: Because 3D assets can vary significantly in complexity, DCDC LLC is not liable for app instability, crashes, or data loss caused by malformed or excessively large user-imported files.

5. Physics Simulation Disclaimer

ARMOR utilizes the MuJoCo physics engine. While high-fidelity, these simulations are provided for visualization, research, and educational purposes. They should not be used as the sole verification for safety-critical hardware deployments or industrial robotics operations where human safety is at risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCDC LLC and Eliott Radcliffe shall not be liable for any damages—including but not limited to direct, indirect, or incidental damages—arising from the use of the App, including any hardware damage that may occur during Augmented Reality (AR) sessions.

7. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review those terms here: Standard EULA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
